CANON POINT: Post-movie.
AGE: 18. The movie does not indicate Kimberly's exact age, but places her as at least a sophomore in high school (she's returning after the summer, having been a cheerleader for at least the year prior) — but based on her social status and history, being a senior makes the most sense for her.

WISH: While she doesn't make a verbal wish — she's a little too old to wish upon a falling star or as the clock strikes 11:11 — Kimberly does spend a lot of time trying to come up with ways to protect her friends: to take care of Zack and his mom, to help Trini feel more comfortable at school, to make sure Billy is protected, to help Jason (and herself) learn how to navigate the world as the new people they've become. Her primary wish, what draws her to Cadelle, is the desire to protect them and ensure they're taken care of even after Rita is gone.
FIT: Kimberly, in canon, is shown to be extremely comfortable with physical touch, both friendly (hugs, platonic touching, etc) and sexually (kissing Jason). She'd have no problem continuing to be comfortable in a setting that would reward her for it. While she's less experienced with the volunteer portion, she'd be more than happy to donate her time to get closer to making her wish a reality.
CONSENT: While she has never broken consent in a physical way, Kimberly has broken consent in one major way prior to her arrival in Cadelle with the sharing of a friend's private personal photo. However, over the course of the movie, Kimberly demonstrates not only her understanding of how this action impacted other people, but her own remorse for her actions and her resolve to no longer be that person moving forward. She would continue to reinforce that resolve during her stay in Cadelle, and would be more than willing to agree to the rules and regulations imposed.
POWERS/ABILITIES
Items: one (1) Power Coin (visual), capable of aiding Kimberly's morphing and rapid healing abilities. The Coin requires no external source or internal battery, and seems to run on its own.
Abilities: Power Rangers, as they're known to each other and their enemies, are gifted by the Power Coins with incredible strength and durability, as well as superhuman reflexes and speed. They are shown to scale mountains in just minutes without breaking a sweat, jumping over homes and buildings, and break walls and furniture with little effort. In addition, when necessary, Power Rangers can summon full-body armor that is nearly impenetrable, protecting them from outside forces. However, they are not undefeatable — the Rangers are shown to be vulnerable to other dangers, like drowning or magical attacks, and so must still protect themselves like any other human being.
Talents: Besides her Ranger skills, Kimberly has many years of athletic training, mostly gymnastics and dance.
