I wouldn't say no. [and though he sounds cool as a cucumber, he's honestly pretty eager to get out of his work clothes and into a warm tub with her. so much so that his feet keep tap tap tapping impatiently.]
Topping off the tub just means an overfull bath with lukewarm water. Not the same thing.

naked as the day he was born, robbie makes his way back into the bathroom where kim has already helped herself back into the tub. carefully, he slips in behind her, hands coming forward to brush along her spine.]
( even from the hall hamper, her giggling can be heard over the sound of water sloshing about; it only stills as his body pushes the water levels up, legs moving to straddle around her in the wide tub.
it's reason enough to lean back into the touch, still damp hair brushing against his chest as the water laps at her skin. )
I'd ask if it's too hot, but... ( no need, obviously. ) Do you like the bubbles?
( to be fair, she's less concerned with anything being too hot and more with the scents that accompany the bubbles. but since it's not quite pink and sugary, it seems to be a little bit more to his liking than the last bath she'd run might have been. and... well, considering how comfortable he happens to be as a backrest, she's not quite sure she cares too much either. )
That'd be nice, babe... ( a soft exhale, and kimberly shifts to let her palms smooth down over the line of his calves. ) But it's also nice just being in here with you.
[he's certainly pleased that her choice in bath bombs is less sweet and more spice this go around, but more than anything he's just happy to have her lean into him as he relaxes into the warmth of the water.]
